We now have an exciting opportunity for Reception and Administration Assistant to join the CNPA, be the public face of the organisation and support the administrative service that the Admin Team provide. This post is entirely office based.

The Role:
As the Reception and Administration Assistant you will be responsible for carrying out housekeeping and reception services for the Grantown office, which includes being the enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for visitors to the office. Meaning you will understand how to give great customer service.
You will provide support with photocopying, filing, mail, minutes, setting up of meetings and other appropriate administration tasks. Meaning that you will help to ensure the smooth organisational operation of the CNPA.

About You:
To be considered as our Reception and Administration Assistant, you’ll need:
Must have good Computer Skills - including Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Technologies.
Confident in dealing with people at all levels
Good communication skills
Capacity to prioritise a busy workload while understanding when to seek advice on relative important of activities
The ability to work individually (and using initiative) and as part of a team.
Ability to balance workload and meet statutory deadlines.
Must be willing to take a flexible approach to their duties.
