We now have an exciting opportunity for a Disability Access Intern to join the CNPA, to assist in refreshing
information the Badenoch & Strathspey Access panel currently hold and promote through a printed and online access guide for those with disabilities.

The Role:
As the Disability Access Intern and as part of the Park Authority's ambition for the Park to become 'A Park for All'. You will assist in refreshing information the Badenoch & Strathspey Access panel currently hold and promote through a printed and online access guide for those with disabilities. The ambition is to assist in updating the guide which dates from 2015, widen it out to cover the whole of the National Park and seek opportunities to distribute the information more widely, including through the new Cairngorms National Park website.

About You:
To be considered as our Disability Access Intern, you’ll need:
Interest and a qualification or some experience in a related theme such as tourism, equalities, information / database management or communications.
Well organised with good planning skills.
Reliable and able to work unsupervised with support and advice from experienced colleagues
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – to ensure good communication with external partners & Park Authority staff
Excellent IT skills and ability to gather and interrogate data
Permission to work in the UK
